I am a native of Oregon but am proud to be an Alaskan. Growing up in Oregon I loved the outdoors, camped and fished with my father on the Oregon Coast and enjoyed skiing Mt. Hood. My father brought me fishing in the remote Alaskan wilderness of Southeast Alaska in 1996 and I decided that I wanted to be an Alaskan.
I moved to Killisnoo Island, just outside of the native village of Angoon and realized that I was where I belonged. I met my husband, Scott, in this beautiful community. We went back to Oregon for a short time but when Scott was hired to rehabilitate a building in Ketchikan we relocated to SE Alaska for good. We have two handsome sons and two Labradors and love fishing and visiting our cabin at Killisnoo Island.
I am a licensed Real Estate Broker in Alaska. I got my Real Estate license in Oregon in 2004 and joined the National Association of Realtors at that time. I worked with Prudential Properties in Sherwood, Oregon until we moved back to Alaska in 2006. I have had my Alaska Real Estate License ever since. I am a member of the Southeast Alaska Board of Realtors, The National Association of Realtors and The Southeast Alaska Multiple Listing Service.
I specialize in representing my clients in the purchase and sale of single-family residences and income property in Ketchikan. I truly love this area and pride myself on my knowledge of current transactions, school districts, neighborhood information, and related services, including mortgage, insurance and inspection information.
I am a customer driven Realtor dedicated to achieving results and providing exceptional service. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, I will put my 15 years of real estate expertise to work for you!
